Until the property is sold, the loan installments are flexible and can be adapted to your situation. You choose the installment you wish to pay between a minimum and maximum.

During the first 3 months you have the option to pay no installment, easing the initial expense of moving, furniture or renovation.

If not sold in this initial period, during the next 21 months, until the end of the 2nd year, you have the option to pay an installment equivalent to if this current property had been sold.

If not sold during the 2nd year, interest-only is available during year 3-5.

Even after you sell, a reduced installment of interest-only is available until the end of the 5th year.
