The Property Gallery is an established Estate Agency operating in the South Tenerife.
In February 2001 The Property Gallery moved into new and larger premises in Centro Commercial Centro Playa, Local number 9, Puerto Colon. It is easy to find us, if you coming down the hill to Puerto Colon marina, Playa de las Americas, pass Club Atlantis reception on your left, and where the garden area finish on your right in front of Hotel Flamingo there are some steps on your right, walk down these stairs (that goes down to the beach) and you will find us halfway down on your right hand side, in the first corner office, just across the yellow bridge.
Having run a very successful commodity business in Bristol, Peter Williams came to Tenerife in 1987. After 10 years of being involved in the property business in Tenerife in 1997, he decided to open up his own Estate Agency, the well-known South establishment, The Property Gallery. It is today a truly family business as his wife Carola, son Andrew, and daughter Katherine are all involved in running the company, letting Peter himself take more of a back seat. Since moving into the new premises the demand for property increased and as a result more manpower was needed, and today Sonya Corris is manning the front desk, and on the sales side today there we have both Nicola Atkins and Gaynor Dorta Rosales.
Proof of the ever increasing demand for property on the island is show in the fact that in November 2005 The Property Gallery expanded and opened a new office in the upmarket Fanabe area - address: Lagos de Fanabe, local number 10A, 38660 Costa Adeje. (The office is on the walkway to the beach, next to the supermarket, across the road from Royal Sunset Beach Club - close to Harleys Superbowl.) The office is run by our very good Irish friends Tom and Geraldine Mc Mahon from Dublin and to cover many of the foreign languages Angela González Dwyer is manning both the front desk and sales. We know they will continue the excellent service the company is so well know for.
When Peter founded The Property Gallery his aim was to assist people to purchase property on this idyllic island without hassle, pressure or the necessity to speak Spanish. This comes true in the relaxed atmosphere of both the offices, where the terraces with garden furniture has books with descriptions and pictures of the various properties currently for sale for clients to browse through at their leisure.
